We use the internet every day as private citizens. Privacy is very important to us, as it is to everyone. In the course of doing business with you, we do collect some of your personal information to facilitate transactions. This privacy policy will enumerate what information we collect, how we use it, and who we share it with.

Rockin’ K Publishers, LLC only collects information that you, the customer, willingly give us for the purpose of contacting you (for example, by sending you our newsletter) or executing a business transaction (so we can process payment and send you products that you purchase). • Username

• Other incidental information you may provide through our “Contact Us” process

Our web host (Wix) may also use cookies to provide us with technical metrics, such as the number of visitors to the site, how fast the site loads, and so on. None of this technical information is personally identifiable (it’s techie stuff). However, we’re the honest type, so now you know.

How We Use Your Information
 

This one’s easy.

If you create an account on our site, we use your username and password to let you login to that account. If you sign up for our newsletter, we use your email address to send the newsletter to you. If you make a purchase on our site, we use your credit/debit card information to authorize the transaction; your name and address to ship the purchase to you; and possibly your phone number or email address to resolve any issues. If you send us information through our “Contact Us” process, we may use what is required to respond and resolve any potential issues.

What Information We Share and With Whom
 

We don’t share your personal information. With anyone. There’s only one rare exception. If we are compelled to cooperate with law enforcement for any reason, we won’t hesitate. So...be good, folks.
